GBT Developments has been invovled in multifamily and commercial real estate in Ontario for over 60 years.  Historically, our focus has been on the GTA, Hamilton, Barrie, Peterborough and Oakville Ontario markets.  More recently we have been looking at opportunities across Canada and the US.  Our team is made up of professionals with experience in law, finance and project development.
